When other companies tell you they have a training program, it usually means you'll be in a classroom for a week or two listening to an instructor. That kind of instruction is supplemental to our ongoing training. Here at Coldwell Banker Collins-Maury, we use a personal coaching and training method where your broker is your coach.
Your broker's goal will be to teach how to grow your business and succeed in your real estate career. Each of our training sessions are made to help you recognize and build on your strengths. You'll learn how to build your sphere, prospect clients, and earn your client's trust as a real estate advisor.
You and your broker will also formulate a solid business plan for you from the very beginning of your career.
