BIOGRAPHY PAGE OF LEADERSHIP TEAM CBCM

Doug Collins began a long and illustrious career in real estate in 1984, when he founded his first real estate company in the Memphis area.  Since that time, Doug has served as past president of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR) and of the Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR). He is past president of the Memphis Area Homebuilders Association. In 2003 Doug was named Realtor of the Year in Memphis, and in 2005 he was named Realtor of the year in Tennessee.  Doug is a member of the Chairman’s Circle in the Memphis Area chamber of commerce, and has served on several mayoral task forces over the years for the city of Memphis.  As the owner of Coldwell Banker Collins-Maury, Doug’s overarching goal is to help his agents achieve success in the real estate industry. He lives in Germantown with his two Labrador Retrievers and is an avid outdoorsman.

DOUG COLLINS, OWNER AND CEO

Bill is a native Memphian who has been actively selling real estate for 32 years.  He has served at MAAR as a Director and as Vice President, as well as a Director at TAR.  Bill is an instructor of MAAR’s “Professional Code of Ethics” class, is a Lifetime Multi-Million Dollar Club member and has served on their Board of Governors.  He is a Trustee for MAAR’s Education Foundation and has served on both the Grievance and Professional Standards Committees. Bill’s specialty is residential real estate, including corporate relocations, new and existing home sales, luxury homes and condominiums. Bill holds the ABR, CRS, and GRI designations.  He and Becky have been happily married for 33 years and have two children.  He is active at Second Presbyterian church, and enjoys golf, tennis, and loves the outdoors.  Bill is loyal, outgoing, and the eternal optimist.

BILL MAURY, BROKER AND VICE PRESIDENT

Angie joined Collins-Maury in 2005 after relocating to Memphis. She manages all aspects of our relocation program, from relationship development with corporate clients to the education of our agents on managing the relocation process. Angie is an active member of the Employee Relocation Council, the Relocation Director’s Council and the Greater Memphis Chamber Chairman’s Circle.  She has a vast knowledge of the relocation industry and obtained her CRP in 2008.  In 2011 she received the prestigious award of North American Relocation Director of the Year and was recognized in the Memphis Crossroads magazine as one of the top ten Young Memphians. Angie serves on Worldwide ERC’s YP40 committee to engage young professionals and future leaders in the workforce mobility industry. In 2016 she was appointed to the Relocation Directors Council Board of Directors. Her goal at Collins-Maury is to ensure that we are delivering the highest level of customer service to the transferees we serve. Her department’s numerous accolades for Customer Service, including the Platinum Excellence Award for Cartus Relocation in 2015 and 2016, attest to the fact that Angie is achieving her goal.  She lives in Arlington with her husband, Jay, and their two daughters.

ANGIE WARE, DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE RELOCATION AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

 

Neil has joined Coldwell Banker Collins-Maury as Vice President of Sales and Managing Broker. He is responsible for Sales across the company and is Managing Broker of their East Memphis office. Coldwell Banker Collins-Maury was founded in 1987.  Today they have over 120 sales associates serving the Greater Memphis and Northwest Mississippi areas.

 

On the personal side, he enjoys entertaining and cooking for friends & family. His family is loaded with highly competitive card players who are more than willing to teach you a new game. Photography, fishing and golf are a few of the hobbies he enjoys while outdoors.

 

In previous roles, he was with Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette in Northwest Arkansas as General Manager.  He has also worked with Coldwell Banker Real Estate as an Executive Business Consultant to companies in West TN, Arkansas, Missouri, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Louisiana to help grow and improve their businesses.

 

Neil also served with Coldwell Banker Collins-Maury from 2001 to 2014 and led company-wide efforts in areas of marketing, advertising, contract negotiation, risk reduction and technology implementation.

 

He has been an active member of the Memphis Association of Realtors and has the distinction of being the youngest person ever elected President of the organization in its 100-year history. During his real estate career, he has earned the designations of CRB (Certified Residential Broker), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist, GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative). He has been the recipient of several awards including Outstanding Leadership Award, REALTOR®-Associate of the Year, and the Presidential Award from the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS®.

NEIL HUBBARD, PRINCIPAL BROKER, EAST MEMPHIS OFFICE

Tiffany is the Principal Broker for the Coldwell Banker Collins-Maury Corporate office in Collierville, Tennessee.  Passionate about teaching, coaching and real estate, she puts these skills to work daily in her job as Broker.  Tiffany has extensive experience in both new and existing sales in the Great Memphis Area.  She is a Lifetime Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club.  She was also the Director of Corporate Relocation and Business Development for Collins-Maury for eight years.  During this time, she was very active in the Employee Relocation Council and Relocation Directors Council.  Tiffany moved to Memphis after graduating from The University of South Alabama with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education.  She taught in the public schools for five years in Memphis and Mobile. She was nominated for “Teacher of the Year.”  She also coached Men’s and Women’s Golf at the collegiate level for The University of Mobile.  In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors with her family, playing golf with her son while she can still beat him, and volunteering in the Collierville Schools in the PTA and within the community.  As a Gulf Coast Native she also enjoys vacationing on the beaches of Alabama

TIFFANY MCLEMORE, PRINCIPAL BROKER, COLLIERVILLE OFFICE

Mark was a successful CBCM sales agent before he moved to the leadership team.  His passion is personal one on one coaching / mentorship with his agents to help them achieve their goals.  Mark is also involved with Brian Buffini coaching and has been involved with Tom Ferry coaching during his 10 year successful career as an agent. He knows what agents must accomplish to succeed in this business.  His passion extends to his family where he has been very active with the Department of Children Services. He and his wife, Cynthia, have adopted two children.  Mark is also involved with his son’s Boy Scout troop as an assistant scoutmaster.  Mark is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar club, and is passionate about real estate and helping people succeed.

MARK WILSON, PRINCIPAL BROKER, SOUTHAVEN OFFICE

Marla joined the Collins-Maury team as a new real estate agent in 2007.  Even though the country was in the middle of a huge economic downturn, Marla’s resolve was to remain positive and to build a successful business.  Her career took off and she was soon a Lifetime Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club. She was in the Top Ten at Collins-Maury in 2012 and 2015.   Her designations include Certified Residential Specialist (held by only 3% of all real estate agents) and Accredited Buyers’ Representative.  She is a recipient of the Collins-Maury Inner Circle Award. Marla holds a Broker’s license, and oversees all recruiting activities and holds weekly in-depth training classes for new and experienced agents. She holds degrees in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and an MA from Texas Tech University. She was a Fulbright Scholar to Paris, France, and traveled with an international cast of Up With People during college.  She loves to read, dance and cook, and is a member of the Lindenwood Church Choir.  Marla lives in East Memphis.

MARLA PENNINGTON, BROKER, DIRECTOR OF TALENT ATTRACTION

Lori has worked with Doug since 1987.  She serves as the Sr Vice President/ Secretary/Treasurer of the company, and works as Doug’s personal assistant.  Lori also builds houses and has her general contractor’s license. She attended Jacksonville State College on a basketball scholarship.  Today, Lori enjoys spending time with her grandkids and attending college and pro basketball games, and working out at the gym.

LORI HENRY, SR VICE PRESIDENT

Eric has been with Collins-Maury since 2004.  In addition to acting as CFO, Eric is the Operating Manager for the Corporate and all branch offices.  He works hand-in-hand with Coldwell Banker corporate in affiliate integration, and is prone to give us inspiring talks to help us work harder to reach our goals.  He also has taught classes on financial responsibility for young adults at his church. Eric has been happily married since 1984.  His hobby is fishing. Eric is a graduate of Christian Brothers University in Memphis and a long-time season ticket holder for the University of Memphis football.

ERIC HUDSON, CFO

Sean comes to CBCM after serving as Chief Marketing Officer for Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC. His professional background has been centered around technology, sales and marketing, and has included senior roles at Gulf States Toyota, Nissan North America and iCossing Advertising before he became CMO for Coldwell Banker International. Sean says he was drawn to CBCM “through Doug Collins’ character and leadership; and his management team and agents closed the deal for me based on their combined character, culture and professionalism.” Sean’s focus is on smart, calculated growth for CBCM. His priority is to maintain and nurture the company culture, while introducing advanced marketing techniques and new technology to enable the CBCM sales professionals to increase their business. Sean and his wife, Dawn, have twin sons, and they recently bought a home near the square in Collierville.
